Unfortunately, due to the fact that there are always damaged rental equipment, we are forced to charge a fee for this:
- Broken rental skis (€ current value of the ski)
- Broken poles (€ 20,- / pair)
PLEASE DO NOT
- with skis, snowboard or cross-country skis over the
parking lot or the street (grit!)
(Service will be charged depending on the damage)
- Sled with snowboard boots!
General rental conditions
1.) The equipment can be received after consultation on the eve of the first rental day from 16:00. The return of the rental equipment has to take place on the last day of the agreed rental period before closing time (17:30). In case of longer use of the rental equipment, the difference between the actual and the paid rental period will be charged.
2.) Wear and tear damage caused by normal use shall be borne by the lessor. Damage to the rental equipment caused by careless use (e.g. skiing across the street or parking lot) is the responsibility of the renter. In this case the renter has to pay for the repair costs or else the time residual value of the rental product. The payment of this sum does not entitle the renter to take away the product in question.
3.) In case of theft or loss of a rented product, the renter is liable with an appropriate deductible (see price list). In this case, the Lessee must report to the police within 24 hours and report the theft demonstrably and immediately to the Lessor.
4.) Our rental skis are provided with a security bond. The renter acknowledges that with the individual binding setting not every accident risk can be excluded. The ski binding will be adjusted according to the customer's instructions. After independent tampering with the safety binding, the rental company assumes no liability.
5.) In case of online reservation WITHOUT prepayment via our homepage: We will hold your reservation until close of business on the first day of reservation. After this period the reservation loses its validity. If for any reason you are unable to use the reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Special regulation COVID-19:
Trips that may not be taken due to COVID-19 are exempt from cancellation fees until the day of arrival. ( e.g. travel warning, decree from the Ministry of Education, winter sports week ban due to the Corona "traffic light").
Should it come to the closure of our company / ski rental due to COVID- 19, we are not liable for any necessary replacement services.
